We started in 2014 with a single online business and a stubborn idea: the best advice comes from people who have actually shipped, broken, and rebuilt the thing they're talking about.
Today, we still operate our own ventures — and we still consult. The two practices feed each other. Every retainer sharpens the way we run our products. Every product teaches us something we pass on to clients the next morning.
We work mostly with SME owners and founders across MENA and Europe. Senior people in the room. No layered teams, no slide-ware. We write things down, we ship, and the work holds up after we leave.
